REGISTRATION
Registration Fee	5.000 TL

• 20% VAT will be added to the registration fee.
• As of 05 January 2024, 15% will be added to the above stated registration fee.
• Registration fees cover the participation in scientific activities, congress bag, name badge, congress summary book and participation certificate.
• Participants who do not receive accommodation service from the congress agency or do not make accommodation must also deposit 250 EURO, which is the external participant fee, into the congress agency account.

PARTICIPATION FEES FOR PARTICIPANTS OF THE TURKISH REPUBLIC OF NORTHERN CYPRUS

• Participants who will benefit from the above-stated fees are required to submit the documents obtained from the institutions where they work or study.
• The above participation fees are valid for participants who reside in the TRNC and will not use accommodation services of the congress.
• The above participation fees include registration and external participation fees.

• As of 05 January 2024, 10% will be added to the above-listed accommodation fees.
• Accommodation is included in the all-inclusive concept for 3 nights between 29 February - 03 March 2024 for the above-listed package fee.
• Participants who do not receive accommodation service from the congress agency or do not make accommodation must also deposit 250 EURO, which is the external participant fee, to the bank account of congress agency.

Airport Bus Transfer
Ercan Airport-Hotel-Ercan Airport (per person)	40 Euro

• The prices listed above are the bus transfer prices for an arrival of February 29 and return of March 03.
